“Before arriving, I read the reviews and saw many people had bad experiences, and unfortunately, I experienced the same. My appointment was at 2:00 PM. I checked in at 1:40 PM, but I was turned away and told to come back exactly at 2:00 PM, even though no one was there. When I returned at 2:01 PM, they allowed me to check in at the guard shack and enter the facility. After that, I waited another 2 hours before being called again for check-in and assigned a dock door. They only take one truck at a time, despite having multiple docks available. The overall process is extremely slow and disorganized. If you come here, do not book a backhaul and don’t expect to go home the same day. Be prepared to lose a full day waiting.”
